What Is in a Name? Hispanic or Latino?

The Latino/Hispanic population is growing in the United States. It is estimated that by 2030, 30% of USA citizens will be of Hispanic descendants. In this video we try to answer two fundamental questions: 1) Is there a difference between these two terms? 2) Can they be used indistinctly?
